Use this overview to prepare with confidence. Your selected vehicle, confirmed reservation, and signed rental agreement determine the final requirements.

Eligibility

Minimum rental age is 21.
A young-driver fee applies to ages 21–25.
A valid, unexpired driver’s license is required.
Additional drivers must be approved and listed on the agreement.

Payment & deposit

Credit and debit cards are accepted when approved for the reservation.
The payment card must be in the renter’s name.
Standard commuter deposits generally start at $300.
Premium and exotic vehicles may require a higher deposit and additional verification.

Coverage

Qualifying personal comprehensive and collision coverage may transfer to the rental.
Bring proof of coverage when using your own policy.
Damage-waiver options are available when qualifying coverage is not provided.
Protection products have exclusions and do not replace responsible vehicle use.

Mileage & use

Vehicles generally include either 100 or 200 miles per rental day.
Additional-mile rates vary by vehicle class.
No smoking, vaping, unauthorized drivers, racing, off-road use, or prohibited commercial use.
Tolls, tickets, parking charges, fuel, and violations remain the renter’s responsibility.

Pickup & return

Office assistance is available Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–5 PM.
24/7 pickups and returns are available by reservation.
Follow the location-specific after-hours instructions sent with the booking.
A one-hour return grace period applies; later returns may create additional charges.

Longer rentals

Extensions require advance approval and payment.
Reservations cannot be extended automatically when the vehicle has another booking.
Agreements must be rewritten at least every 28 days for longer rentals.
Contact your rental location before the original return time to discuss changes.
