Scope and rental operators
This Privacy Policy explains how the Supreme Rentals website and participating Supreme Rentals locations collect, use, and share information. Supreme Rentals LLC operates participating New Hampshire locations. The Medford location may be operated by Supreme Luxury LLC. The legal entity identified in your live reservation and signed rental agreement is your rental provider and controls that rental transaction.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide when you request information, contact a location, begin or complete a reservation, upload documents, make a payment, or communicate with us. This may include your name, contact information, date of birth, driver’s-license information, insurance information, reservation details, vehicle preferences, payment-related information, uploaded files, and the content of calls, emails, texts, or forms.
Reservation information entered through the booking flow is processed through HQ Rental Software and related service providers. Payment-card information may be handled directly by payment processors and is subject to their own privacy and security practices. We do not promise that every category of information is collected in every transaction.
Website, cookies, and analytics
When you use the website, we and our service providers may automatically receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address, links clicked, and dates and times of activity. Cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies may be used to operate the site, remember settings, measure performance, prevent abuse, and understand advertising results.
Our site may use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, and related measurement tools. These services may measure visits, conversions, navigation, and interactions. Microsoft Clarity may provide session-replay and heatmap information designed to help us understand how visitors use the site. Cross-domain measurement parameters may be used when you move from this website to the HQ Rentals booking domain so a visit or advertising conversion can be measured across the reservation path.
How we use information
- Provide quotes, reservations, pickups, returns, extensions, support, and other requested services.
- Verify eligibility, identity, payment, insurance, and reservation requirements.
- Process transactions, deposits, refunds, tolls, claims, and other amounts connected with a rental.
- Communicate about inquiries, reservations, service updates, and support.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and booking experience.
- Measure advertising and website performance and prevent fraud or misuse.
- Comply with law, enforce agreements, protect vehicles and people, and establish or defend legal claims.
How information may be shared
We may share information with the rental operator responsible for your location; HQ Rental Software; payment processors; identity, insurance, fraud-prevention, communications, analytics, advertising, hosting, security, and technology providers; insurers, repair facilities, roadside providers, toll or parking administrators, and claim professionals when relevant to a rental; professional advisers; government authorities when legally required; and parties involved in a business transfer. We do not describe a service provider’s independent practices as our own, and their policies may also apply.
Communications and choices
You may opt out of marketing emails by using an unsubscribe link when provided and may ask us to stop nonessential marketing texts. Transactional communications about an inquiry, reservation, payment, safety issue, or claim may still be sent when appropriate. Browser settings can limit cookies, although blocking some technologies may affect site or booking functionality. Google and Microsoft also provide their own advertising and analytics controls.
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you. We will evaluate requests under applicable law and may need to verify identity. We may retain information when reasonably needed for reservations, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, claims, legal compliance, or other legitimate business purposes.
Security, retention, and children
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and to meet legal, operational, accounting, insurance, and dispute-resolution needs.
Our rental services are intended for eligible drivers, generally age 21 or older, and the website is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy as our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
