These Website Terms govern your use of supremerentalsnh.com and related Supreme Rentals web pages. Supreme Rentals LLC operates participating New Hampshire locations. The Medford location may be operated by Supreme Luxury LLC. The legal entity identified in your live reservation and signed rental agreement is the provider responsible for that rental transaction.
By using this website, you agree to these Website Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. These terms apply to website use only and do not replace the terms of a quote, confirmed reservation, signed rental agreement, damage-waiver document, payment authorization, or other transaction-specific document.
Information, reservations, pricing, and availability
Website content is provided for general information and may describe typical vehicle categories, eligibility rules, deposits, mileage, protection options, hours, service areas, or procedures. Inventory, vehicle model, rates, taxes, fees, deposits, included mileage, eligibility, pickup and return arrangements, and protection options can vary by location, vehicle, date, and reservation.
A website inquiry, quote, or incomplete booking step does not guarantee a vehicle or price. A reservation is subject to confirmation through the live HQ Rentals booking system and any required verification, payment, deposit, and documentation. Vehicles shown may be representative of a class unless a specific vehicle is expressly confirmed. We may correct obvious website, availability, or pricing errors before a reservation is finalized, subject to applicable law.
Eligibility and rental terms
Renters generally must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, provide an acceptable payment method, and meet the requirements for the selected vehicle. Young-driver fees and additional requirements may apply. Premium and exotic vehicles may have different age, insurance, deposit, mileage, or geographic-use requirements.
The live reservation details and signed rental agreement control the actual rental, including price, authorized drivers, coverage or damage-waiver terms, deposits, mileage, fuel, tolls, tickets, extensions, vehicle use, pickup, return, damage, and remedies. If website content conflicts with the signed rental agreement or confirmed reservation, those transaction-specific documents control to the extent permitted by law.
Office assistance and access
Office assistance is generally available Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–5 PM. Pickup and returns may be available 24/7 by reservation when the location has issued the required instructions. Twenty-four-hour pickup or return availability does not mean office staff are continuously onsite or that walk-in service is available at all hours.
Acceptable use
You may use the website only for lawful personal or business purposes related to legitimate rental inquiries and services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access; interfere with security or operation; submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information; scrape or copy the site at an unreasonable scale; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person; misuse reservation or payment systems; or use website content in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.
Intellectual property
The website’s branding, logos, photographs, graphics, copy, design, and software are owned by or licensed to the applicable Supreme Rentals operator and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Limited personal viewing is permitted. No ownership rights are transferred, and reproduction, publication, modification, or commercial use requires prior written permission unless allowed by law.
