For a reservation-specific question, contact the location shown on your confirmation.

01How old do I need to be?+

You must be at least 21 years old to rent with us. We apply a young-driver fee for ages 21 through 25, and some premium vehicles have additional eligibility requirements.

02Can I rent with a debit card?+

Yes. Debit cards are accepted. Standard commuter vehicles generally require a refundable security deposit starting at $300; higher deposits may apply to premium vehicles or certain reservations.

03Do I need full-coverage insurance?+

You may use qualifying transferable comprehensive and collision coverage. If you do not carry qualifying coverage, damage-waiver options are available. Review the exact protection terms, exclusions, and maximum out-of-pocket amount before pickup.

04How many miles are included?+

Vehicles generally include either 100 or 200 miles per rental day. The exact allowance and additional-mile rate depend on the vehicle and are shown with the reservation.

05Can I pick up or return after office hours?+

Yes. Pickups and returns are available 24/7 by reservation. Procedures vary by location, so follow the lockbox or after-hours instructions sent with your booking.

06When will my deposit be returned?+

After the vehicle is checked in and any tolls, tickets, damage, fuel, mileage, or other incidentals are reviewed, deposit refunds typically take 5–10 business days. Weekends and holidays are not business days.

07What do I need at pickup?+

Bring a valid driver’s license, a payment card in the renter’s name, and proof of insurance if you plan to use your own transferable coverage. Premium vehicles may require additional verification.

08Can I extend my rental?+

Extensions require approval and payment before the original return time. Contact your rental location as early as possible because approval depends on the vehicle’s next reservation.

09Is there a late-return grace period?+

We provide a one-hour grace period. Additional time may result in a late fee or another rental day, depending on your agreement and the impact on the next reservation.

10Are smoking or vaping allowed?+

No. We do not allow smoking or vaping in any of our vehicles. Evidence of smoking may result in a $300 cleaning and smoke-remediation fee.

11How are tolls handled?+

The renter is responsible for tolls, parking charges, tickets, and violations during the rental. Eligible toll activity may be processed after the rental under the toll program described in the agreement.

12Can someone else drive the vehicle?+

Only approved drivers listed on the rental agreement may drive. Every additional driver must meet the eligibility requirements and be added before operating the vehicle.
