Yes, debit cards are accepted.

We accept debit cards. For standard commuter vehicles, our refundable security deposit generally starts at $300. The exact deposit can be higher for premium vehicles or reservations with additional risk requirements.

The debit card should be in the renter’s name and have enough available funds for the rental charges and deposit. A bank authorization can temporarily reduce the money available in your account, even when the deposit is later released.

What to bring to pickup.

Having the right documents ready is the easiest way to keep pickup moving.

  • A valid driver’s license for every approved driver
  • The physical debit card in the primary renter’s name
  • Proof of transferable insurance if you plan to use your own coverage
  • Any additional verification requested for the vehicle you selected

Understand the deposit timing.

After return, the vehicle must be checked for fuel, mileage, tolls, tickets, damage, and other incidentals. Deposit refunds typically take 5–10 business days after that review. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days, and your bank controls when released funds appear in your account.

Ask your rental location to confirm the deposit for your exact vehicle before pickup if you need to plan around a particular available balance.

Reservation details control.

This guide is general planning information. Your live quote and signed rental agreement contain the exact price, vehicle, deposit, mileage, protection, pickup, and return terms for your reservation.
