01What if I do not see my confirmation?+

Check your spam or junk folder and confirm that you used the correct contact information at checkout. If it still has not arrived, call your pickup location so the team can verify the reservation.

02Can I pick up or return after office hours?+

Yes. Pickups and returns are available 24/7 by reservation. Procedures vary by location, so follow the lockbox or after-hours instructions sent with your booking.

03What should I know about the security deposit?+

Standard daily rental vehicles generally require a refundable deposit starting at $300. Premium vehicles and certain reservations may require more. After check-in and review of incidentals, refunds typically take 5–10 business days.

04Do I need full-coverage insurance?+

Qualifying personal comprehensive and collision coverage may transfer to the rental. Bring proof if using your own policy. Damage-waiver options are available when qualifying coverage is not provided.

05Can I change or extend my rental?+

Extensions require approval and payment before the original return time. Contact your rental location early because approval depends on the vehicle’s next reservation.

06How many miles are included?+

Vehicles generally include either 100 or 200 miles per rental day. The exact allowance and additional-mile rate depend on the vehicle and appear with your reservation.

07Can someone else drive the vehicle?+

Only approved drivers listed on the rental agreement may drive. Every additional driver must meet the eligibility requirements and be added before operating the vehicle.

08Who is responsible for tolls, fuel, and tickets?+

The renter is responsible for tolls, parking charges, tickets, fuel, mileage overages, and violations during the rental, as described in the agreement.
